The key to real estate investing is finding deals. Quite frankly, investors will likely have a hard time finding deals listed on the MLS. Most properties on the MLS are simply not investor-grade properties.

You can work directly with Brett in two ways:
  1. Be handed deals. Brett regularly finds properties that have significant equity, but they don't all meet his criteria for purchasing. If he knows what you are looking for he can pass these opportunities to you for a finder's fee. He works primarily in Ballard, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, Greenlake and Wallingford. He can deliver a property to you with tens of thousands in equity and that's after his finder's fee. Here's the one caveat - you can't be picky. No demands for island kitchens or recessed lighting. Your criteria would be something similar to this: Wallingford, no arterials, 2+ bedrooms, 1+ bathroom, 1000+ sq ft, unfinished basement, $330K maximum. If your criteria is a bit flexible, you could work with Brett to get a significantly reduced-priced property! Brett finds properties in all conditions - some are definite fixers others are squeaky clean.
  2. Play Bank. As a capital partner with Brett you will receive income from real estate by investing funds (loan) that are collateralized by real estate. You will receive regular monthly payments as a bank would and your capital is secured by real estate.
